East Bay Post Acute is recruiting a MDS Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team!

• Full Time - Monday - Friday - Occasional Weekends

• Rate - $40-$50 ( Depending on Experience )

Job Functions:

• Collects MDS documents within mandated, established and expected time frames.


• Compares data entered against the original MDS document; makes corrections as needed.


• Files the MDS documents in residents' charts.
