Job Summary
The Coordinator I, Sales Support coordinates activities and provides support to the International Account Management team. This position verifies, audits, and ensures that department policies, procedures, and instructions are adhered to.
Job Responsibilities
Host/delegate and troubleshoot clinician Interviews with client
Prepares, updates, and distributes reports or other communications
Assisting Account Management with weekly client-facing reporting
Requests information and updates systems relative to location preference and licensure eligibility
Assists with preparing clinicians for submission processes, including marketing open orders
Use of technology - Booking, auditing, updating, profile building, and order matching
Sends, audits, and tracks clinician contracts & amendments toward completion
Communicate with clinicians and create welcome materials for client
Assists in data integrity processes relative to open orders
Creates hospital marketing materials
Works with management to plan and complete activities and logistics in alignment with department goals.
Ensures smooth execution of department activities.
Screens calls and respond to or routes inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messaging.

Pay Rate
$19.00 - $22.50 Hourly Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
