Your impact:
Cosmopolitan is seeking a sophisticated digital content strategist, sharp top editor, and thoughtful manager to join its leadership ranks, helping to drive the brand to excellence and innovation. As Executive Digital Editor, you will strive to ensure that Cosmo is making the smartest moves and the best content online. You will collaborate closely with the Editor-in-Chief on brand vision, digital strategy, management, and ambitious projects, and you will shape, coach, and iterate on Cosmo’s digital work across the entire team.

You thrive on making an impact, especially by rolling up your sleeves to dig in on projects large and small. You’re energetic, creative, and curious. You have a keen sense of voice, aesthetics, audience behavior, and the publishing industry. You’re an experienced manager with a strong track record of mentorship. You like having fun at work!

The base salary for this role is between $163,000 and $189,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
