The Inbound Sales Representative is responsible for selling residential services including cable TV, high-speed data internet, and telephone, to prospective customers in an inside sales based selling environment.

Schedule:

• 10:00am – 7:00pm, Tuesday – Friday
• 8:00am -5:00pm, Saturday

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Sell communications solutions to new and existing customers by answering inbound customer telephone calls in response to general inquiries and advertisements.
• Suggestively cross sell and up sell additional services to new customers.
• Develop new revenue from existing customers by selling additional services.
• May occasionally participate in outbound calling campaigns and/or make outbound calls to follow up on sales leads in required timeframes.
• Make outbound follow up calls to new customers who were recently installed to gauge overall satisfaction.
• Complete all necessary paperwork to support sales activities including sales orders and reports. 

Requirements

We are looking for people with:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience inbound or outbound sales.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Flexibility to work within non-standard business hours to ensure that sales quota is met.
• A warm and professional presentation style.
• Must be well organized and detailed oriented with consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
