Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst II with experience in the Airline Industry.
This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta, GA. Please review the job description below.

Pay Range: $39.31/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for technical questions from Field Sales and Client Professional customers
• Perform regression testing and user acceptance testing for applications and business processes
• Assist product owners with the develop of training content and recommend best practices to end-users
• Perform day-to-day business processes such as lead conversions, account lifecycle management, and user management
• Perform technical troubleshooting across multiple platforms and escalate to proper personnel for resolution

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Candidate should be technically savvy and possess strong problem-solving skills
• Candidate must possess a high degree of data management and analysis skills
• Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Access, and Word
• Should be self-motivated, solutions-oriented, multi-task capable, and have demonstrated the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Must possess strong analytical and computer skills, sound organizational and planning skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to make sound business decisions
• Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
• Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, industrial engineering, or a related analytical field)
• Salesforce certification
• Certified Scrum Product Owner certification
• Understanding of AWS cloud technology platform and services
• Knowledge of Agile development principles
• General knowledge of Client's markets and competitive market position
