We are looking for a strategic leader to launch and scale a new capability at Walmart. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly formed business team within Walmart Marketplace, which allows customers to conveniently shop local businesses on Walmart's platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about building great customer experiences that drive engagement and growth. This individual operates well in ambiguity and has a proven-track record of successfully leading cross functional teams from ideation through execution.

• You are customer obsessed and have experience working with Business and Product teams to build new shopping experiences in the e-commerce space.


• You are data driven and leverage insights to make informed and impactful decisions.


• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can lead complex initiatives across various functions and stakeholders.


• You're a strategic problem solver. You can break down complex and ambiguous issues, formulating and testing hypothesis and developing and communicating succinct recommendations.


• You're someone who can execute, with strong discipline and organization skills; someone who gets things done.


• You are someone who can work independently to identify business trends and implications in order to create a clear business narrative for peers and leadership on a regular basis.

Required Experience:

• 3-5 years related experience in Consulting, Business Operations, Strategy, or related field.


• Experience in consumer-focused retail or e-commerce environment in a customer strategy role.


• Experience working cross-functionally with product, tech, marketing and other business teams.


• Analytical skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.)


• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills

You'll make an impact by:

• 
  Analyze business trends and opportunities Monitor the performance of our customer experience funnel and identify trends and opportunities.


• 
  Help shape our CX strategy Leverage competitor and consumer insights (qualitative and quantitative) and translate those into actionable insights with business and product teamsinto compelling business cases.


• 
  Launch new initiatives to execute the strategy Collaborate with and support Business (Sales, Marketing, etc.) and Product teams to inform operationalize new initiatives (program, product), and establish success metrics and reporting.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00


Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.


Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:


- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)


- Stock equity incentives




Minimum Qualifications...
