What you'll do...



The Product Manager Experience team was recently formed with a mission of building the best-in-class Product Management team at Walmart by serving as transformation agents, advisors, and executors to build and foster a robust Product Management Organization within our organization.


In your role as a Senior Manager, Program Manager, you will lead and operate one of three key programs: Culture Cultivation; Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding; Career, Learning and Development. You will co-own the outcome of the programs with our Product Managers, People team, Talent Acquisition team, Learning and Development team.



You will make an impact by:




  • Leading the charge in building the best-in-class Product Management organization.


  • Facilitating cross-functional partners to define the mission and strategy for your program and evangelizing it across the organization.


  • Leading cross-functional partners to define and deliver successful outcomes for your programs and projects.


  • Overseeing cross-functional partners to measure outcomes and iterate on enhancements to your programs and projects.

  • You enjoy working closely with partners and stakeholders to define, establish and nurture a vibrant product management culture aligned with the organization goals and values.


  • You're passionate about discovering and recruiting potential talents including from Walmart's 2+ million Associates.


  • You've introduced and drove adoption of industry-leading practices and methodologies for talent development and learning to enhance product management effectiveness, driving innovation and excellence within the organization.





Preferred Qualifications:




  • Led the development, deployment, and operations of large-scale programs and projects for organizations with 500+ members.


  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build cross-team relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively across multiple audiences.






  • Proven experience in product management or related roles, with strong understanding of data analysis and data-informed decision-making.


  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change initiatives.


  • Experience in talent development, learning and development, or organizational development preferred.


  • Education & Certification: Master of Business Administration, Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification desirable

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00


Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.


Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:


- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)


- Stock equity incentives




Minimum Qualifications...

2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
