Job Description:

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for timely repairs to equipment to ensure production can run with little or no interruption. Also, responsible for repairs to the facility as directed.

Handles necessary electrical installations, fabrications, and repairs, as well as mechanical repairs within the Plant and on equipmentAccounts for materials and parts used on the job by logging them into the inventory usage logbook.Becomes familiar with all plant equipmentMust be available for overtime and weekend work, as neededMay be required to attend outside trainingResponsible for following Company and government policies and procedures within the scope of the job responsibilities such as but not limited to: GMPs, food safety, equipment and area sanitation, food security, plant security, etc.Adheres to common safety practices, including the wearing of protective equipment and clothing as required.Performs other assignments as assigned by the Production Manager or Operations Manager
