Pre Documentation Review Specialist at Regent Bank in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Description:

Summary:

The Pre Documentation Specialist is responsible for accurately managing loan documentation through our established systems, and reviewing the documentation to ensure it is completed and complies with current internal and external banking regulations and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review initial loan approval and work with lender/loan assistant to ensure documents are accurate and sent within specific timeframe required


• Input/review loan information within Laser Pro Software


• Perform review process before loan is sent for closing. This process includes, but is not limited to, confirm accuracy of loan amount, loan rate, term, purpose, escrow balances, legal description, review settlement statements and corporate documents


• Other duties as assigned.

Education And/Or Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Two (2) to three (3) years of loan processing experience preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)


• Familiar with loan process and required documentation


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure of deadlines


• Must be familiar with various rules and regulations to insure loan is in compliance


• All candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment background, credit, and drug screening

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently.


• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs.


• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.


• Sitting for long periods of time.

Working Conditions:

The working conditions are generally comfortable with minimal exposure to noise, heat, dust and other related items. All employees are required to maintain a neat and safe work area.
