Attindas' Incontinence Supplier,Home Delivery Incontinent Supplies Co. (HDIS) located in St. Louis is looking for an Associate Director, IT Applications to join the team!

Your Role:


The Associate Director of IT Application is responsible for the innovative system design of all Application Systems for HDIS. This position actively works with the business teams, Project Managers, Business Analysis, Technical Managers, and other resources to maintain alignment with the business and satisfy defined requirements using Information Technology Systems. This position plays a critical leadership role in information management initiatives for HDIS focusing on managing and leading solutions within the HDIS application landscape. This position sits on the NA IT Leadership Team and works closely with the IT Director NA, other members of the NA IT Leadership Team, as well the HDIS Business Leadership Team to ensure that HDIS' business systems are meeting the needs of the HDIS business. Collaboration extends to holding the responsibility of developing, implementing, and accountability of a portion of the IT budget, strategy, policies, and procedures as they relate to HDIS' application systems. This position manages and leads the IT development team for HDIS by providing guidance and leadership towards best-practices of system development, change management, and application integrity.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Application focused Strategy and Road Map Planning

  • Manage development team direct reports (currently 2 full-time/2 contractors)

  • Collaboratively create plan for implementing and supporting business applications

  • Responding to IT requests by analyzing needs, designing, determine assignments, testing and implementing solutions

  • Provide oversight ensuring efficient day-to-day application system support

  • Ensure best practices/procedures within system applications are defined and adhered to by the development team so that IT Application General Control requirements followed.

  • Responsible for Annual Budget of Application Development needs

  • Rotating After-Hours Support

  • Develops direct staff to make effective decisions and delegates responsibilities for an effective and efficient completion of tasks


Experience/Skills Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business/IT. with 10 years of experience in Application Management.

  • Minimum of 5 years in IT management

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management and/or implementation of system applications and software support.

  • Analytical insight and abilities.

  • Ability to train, coach, and mentor others.


Preferred Qualifications, Professional Experiences:



  • Experience in Call Center environment

  • Experience in Medical and/or Public/Private Insurance Business Processes

  • Direct to Consumers experience
