Job Summary
O'Neill seeks a part time Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager is passionate about creating marketing content, has experience managing projects, and is enthusiastic about collaborating within a team of busy and high caliber marketing and communication professionals.
Department-Specific Repsonsibilities
Helps to establish and to drive the approach and execution for marketing academic programs for the Office of Marketing and Communications at the O'Neill School.
Responsible for creating and deploying mass marketing emails; creating, posting and monitoring social media content; reviewing analytics reports in Google Analytics and SalesForce.
Creates campaign tracking URLs.
Coordinates market research.
Manages and liaises on marketing projects with multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications
Combinations of related education and experience may be considered. Education beyond the minimum required may be substituted for work experience. Work experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted for education.
EDUCATION/ WORK EXPERIENCE
Required
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, public relations, or a related field and 2 years of experience in a relevant field
Preferred
Project management experience

Required
Proficient communication skills. Maintains a high degree of professionalism
Demonstrates time management and priority setting skills
Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty. Must be thorough and dependable

This position is eligible to work a hybrid schedule (mix between 1 day remote workdays and 4 in-person workdays), subject to change in the future based on university policy and business needs.
