The target salary for this position is $30 per hour plus shift differential

Shift: Start time varies between 9:00PM - 11:59PM, Sunday - Thursday. Flexibility in your start time is strongly required with the go-live of operations.

Position Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of company facilities. Estimates labor/materials costs for construction repairs. Acts as liaison with outside vendors and suppliers. Reviews and estimates design costs, labor, materials and other related costs in facility planning. Responsible for developing facilities plans. Works with external vendors as necessary. Ensures adherence to company facility standards. May develop criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment to meet unusual operating requirements and building and safety codes. Responsible for reviewing, enhancing and suggesting improvements in the organization's operational efficiency in regard to environmental conscientiousness. Researches and suggests improvements in facilities operational efficiencies to support the reduction of natural resource consumption. Perform general maintenance and repair duties including light carpentry, basic electrical, HVAC, grounds maintenance, and arranging furniture and partitions. Assist employees with internal moves. May work with specialized outside contractors. May have some formal training in one or more trades.

Master of Techician III, Responsible for the day-to-day operation of company facilities, estimates labor/materials costs for construction repairs, acts as liaison with outside vendors and suppliers, responsible for developing facilities plans, works with external vendors, as necessary, ensures adherence to company facility standards, may develop criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment to meet unusual operating requirements and building and safety codes, responsible for reviewing, enhancing, and suggesting improvements in the organization's operational efficiency regarding environmental conscientiousness, researches and suggests improvements in facilities operational efficiencies to support the reduction of natural resource consumption, seasoned individual, assisting and training to lower-level employees, problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand, makes minor adjustments to working methods, explains practices, procedures, and policies to reach agreement with others outside of the job area.

REQUIRED: Electrical, Mechanical or Maintenance Engineering Technology within a ASRS distribution facility.

PREFERRED: BS in Electrical, Mechanical or Maintenance Engineering Technology

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $45,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
