Primary Function of Position:

The Learning Management System (LMS) Product Manager will play a critical role in defining and leading the vision and strategy of our internal training platform globally. This position involves working closely with various business teams to understand their training needs and translate these into system requirements. The Product Manager will be the driving force behind the continuous improvement and evolution of the LMS, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals and learning objectives. This business-critical role requires a unique blend of business and technical skills to drive the development of the roadmap based on business needs and execute in partnership with cross functional teams to transform the vision into an impactful product.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the LMS, aligning it with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define system requirements for the LMS.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of LMS features and tools that enhance user experience and learning outcomes.
• Manage the LMS roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities in line with business goals.
• Partner with IT to ensure efficient implementation and integration of new features or updates.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in learning technologies to keep the LMS at the forefront of e-learning.
• Drive user adoption of the LMS by working with business teams to identify barriers and develop solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to report on progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of the LMS on internal training initiatives.
• Ensure the LMS is scalable and adaptable to the changing needs of the organization.
• Ensure the product complies with all global legal and regulatory obligations as well as business objectives for localization.
• Develop the business requirements and key specifications for integrated learning technologies; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business needs are met.
• Function as an expert on administration, analytics, and reporting for the platform; demonstrate transparency and accountability by reporting on product progress and results.
• Research new and emerging technologies in healthcare customer training programs identifying potential applications to meet business needs; keep up to date with market and technology trends and competitive offerings.
• Work with vendors as needed to execute and deliver on the product roadmap.
Qualifications
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:


  • Bachelor's degree required, Masters' degree in healthcare, educational technology or business-related studies preferred.

  • 8+ years' experience in product management capacity, preferably in healthcare technology related roles.

  • Demonstrated experience implementing and administering learning or content management systems.

  • Project management experience required.

  • Strong understanding of LMS platforms and e-learning technologies, with fundamental knowledge of adult learning principles and training best practices. Working experience with SAP strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution in a corporate setting.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and user feedback to inform product decisions.

  • Proven track record in managing product lifecycles and driving product enhancements.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams and communicate with colleagues in both business and healthcare roles.

  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating into product requirements.

  • Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to gather and interpret significant amounts of data to make business recommendations.

  • Detail-oriented in order to complete precise data analysis.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to various healthcare, technical, business stakeholder, and leadership audiences.

  • Ability to independently operate and lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.

Base Salary Range Region 1: $164,000 USD - $236,000 USD
Base Salary Range Region 2: $139,400 USD - $200,600 USD
Shift: Day
Travel: 10% of the time
Workplace Type: Set Schedule - This job will be onsite weekly, the percentage of onsite work will be defined by the leader.
