Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Plant Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the Plant Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions of our plant operations.

What will you do?


  • Manage plant communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.

  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling plant meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.

  • Maintain and organize plant documents, records, and reports.

  • Support plant managers and staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.

  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory for the plant.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for plant personnel when necessary.

  • Support with basic HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding processes.

  • Collaborate with other administrative assistants and plant personnel to ensure efficient operations.


What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Knowledge of basic HR administrative processes is a plus.
