Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join the team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the CNC and machinery industry, with a focus on selling through distribution channels. This role will primarily involve identifying and cultivating relationships with distributors and end-users, providing them with tailored solutions to address their specific challenges related to product longevity and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within the CNC and machinery industry.
  • Identify and prioritize potential distributors and end-users within the target market segment.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective distribution partners, serving as a trusted advisor on product offerings and solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our products in improving longevity and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, outlining progress towards goals and highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products and services.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Consistent track record of success in sales, preferably within the CNC and machinery industry.
  • Strong understanding of distribution channels and experience selling through distribution partners.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in industry events.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to sales.
