Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Director- North American Technical Resource Center



Primary Tasks:





  • Lead, direct and manage all aspects of the Fleet & Mobility Technical Resource Center, supporting Fleet & Mobility's suite of maintenance products and services.

  • Lead, direct and manage a remote team of supervisory staff, training and command center staff and technicians.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize technical resource center systems, processes and staffing to achieve optimal quality and efficiency.

  • Identify and drive results against the KPI's that drive the overall quality and success of the technical resource center.

  • Support sales and client retention efforts internally and externally by articulating the capabilities of the technical resource center to drive value and cost savings for clients.

  • Handle client escalations and support client review meetings as required.

  • Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to executive management regarding KPIs, operational challenges, and opportunities for growth and optimization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Fleet operations with overall business growth, goals, and objectives.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders such as Procurement, IT and Telephony, Legal, Human Resources, as well as, clients' representatives, and vendors involved in fleet maintenance operations. Establish strong communication and feedback loop to support operational efficiency and customer expectations.

  • Set direction and ensure compliance with technical resource center regulatory and quality requirements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies relevant to fleet maintenance and mobility management and call center operations.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies pertaining to fleet operations, safety, and environmental sustainability.

  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.




Relevant Work Experience:



  • 8+ years' experience, including 5+ at a leadership level; multiple levels of reporting relationships across a large team strongly preferred

  • Extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of areas, departments and/or function(s) within and across other disciplines

  • Demonstrated experience creating and presenting business plans and recommendations to executive leadership

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute multi-faceted initiatives across multiple organizational levels and across multiple functional areas




Education and/or Training:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master's preferred

  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

Pay:



We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $189,530.00 - $298,515.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
