Travel %: 5 %

Pay: $113,000 to $195,500

What you will do

The Global QA Process & Strategy Change Management is responsible for synthesizing Operating Model changes through the application of a structured Change Methodology. This role is accountable for developing a Change Management Strategy and Plans to move Quality team members, and business partners, through their individual change journeys. The Change Leader will enable the organization to: address different impacts on people & teams, thrive in a constantly changing landscape, deliver people-dependent ROI, close the gap between requirements and results, increase the likelihood of project success, mitigate mission-critical risk and limit variability in change.

The Global Quality Process & Strategy Change Leader will work closely with leaders in Quality Health and Safety Strategy. They will understand the changes involved in key initiatives, then synthesize those changes into a comprehensive and connected multi-program/multi-year change strategy & corresponding plans. The strategy and plans will be reviewed with senior leadership, and a cadence of updates conducted with the Kenvue Chief Quality Officer and the Quality, Health & Safety (QHS) Leadership Team. To achieve desired outcomes, this role will lead the Global Quality Change Management and QHS Change Agent teams and will supervise the Strategy & Change Specialist.

Initiatives with excellent change management are seven (7) times more likely to meet objectives than those with poor change management. As such, this role will be responsible for preparing, equipping and supporting Quality team members, and business partners, to adopt change in order to deliver on Key Performance Indicators and drive organizational success and outcomes. Transforming change fatigue, resistance and confusion into excitement, engagement and action will drive the work of the Global Quality Process & Strategy Change Leader.

Key Responsibilities


  • Complete Change Management Assessments: Assess current awareness of change and identify areas of resistance
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk-mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage adoption, usage and reinforcement of change
  • Provide leadership and direction to QHS Change Management Team, QHS Change Agent Team and Strategy & Change Specialist to facilitate the successful execution of Change Management Strategies & Plans
  • Prepare, equip and support senior leaders and people leaders as part of Change Strategies and Plans
  • Allocate budgets & manage restources efficiently
  • Provide support, as needed, to the Kenvue Chief Quality Officer for content related to initiatives falling under the scope of Change Managemen

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Change Management, Supply Chain, Quality or Communication is required
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Consumer Health or Pharmaceutical industry change management, strategy or corporate communication is required.
  • 5 years of experience managing & leading people and teams - formally or informally is required.
  • Experience navigating global, complex and broadscale change is required
  • Proven track record and ability to create, execute and show measurable outcomes for strategic and tactical plans is required
  • Strategic Planning is required
  • Ability to translate complex ideas, and interconnected changes, within a matrixed and global environment to produce measurable outcomes is required.
  • Change Management Strategy/Plan development is required.
  • Ability to translate technical business case for change in an approachable/understandable way via multi-media channels is required.
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner is required.


Desired Qualifications

  • Masters degree of PhD is preferred
  • General understanding of quality and compliance is preferred
