Beacon Hill's client is looking for an Account Representative who will serve as the central point for all business transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the success of the company. This role involves fulfilling B2B sales orders, qualifying new client leads and opportunities, and nurturing business relationships through exceptional account management. The ideal candidate should be innovative, driven, and customer-focused, consistently driving success for themselves and the organization. This position is hybrid and based out of Shakopee, MN.



Key Responsibilities:




Promote Products and Services: Present and sell products and services to new and existing clients, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of offerings.



Client Liaison: Provide technical assistance to customers, engaging in basic application engineering when necessary, and collaborating with other departments to ensure effective execution.



Collaborative Teamwork: Partner with Territory Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Managers to meet client expectations and achieve company goals.



Problem Resolution: Initiate and participate in team problem resolution, addressing part and workflow issues, and driving improvements and implementations.



CRM and Internal Processes: Use CRM systems and internal processes to adhere to business policies and facilitate the department's growth and success.



Margin Management: Understand margin calculations and their impact on business decisions.



Product Knowledge: Develop a basic understanding of standard parts such as oil seals, radial shaft seals, and the big seven.



Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work with operations, sales, accounting, and quality teams to resolve customer billing, contract, and product issues.



Purchase Order Management: Process standard purchase orders from the Customer Service Inbox.



Active Participation: Attend Customer Service meetings and contribute to issue resolution discussions.



Interaction and Communication:



Internal Interactions : Collaborate with all departments within the company.


External Interactions: Engage with B2B customers from various industries and work closely with regional salespeople.



Qualifications:




Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication abilities.



Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic learning environment.



Phone Efficiency: Maintain a high priority level on phone calls, handling an average of 40 daily incoming calls.



Order Processing: Efficiently enter an average of 50 lines daily.
