Our client is an established General Contractor that specializes in cannabis design, engineering, and consultations. They assist in planning through construction. This will be a dual role of Project Management as well as some estimating.
Duties: Reviewing job plans and keeping projects on time
Establishing working relationships with subcontractors
Following/Creating Gantt Charts
Procuring Equipment when needed
Qualifications:3+ Years as a Project Manager or Estimator in Commercial Construction
Must be familiar with construction software and proficient
Have the ability to do estimating of projects
Must be able to do a 2-3 project look ahead
This will be hybrid role-
