Krekow Jennings invites you to join our team as a Project Estimator. Our Estimators serve a key role in transforming our customers' visions into reality. As an Estimator, you get to lead transformations by creating a construction project strategy which fulfills customer and designer goals and expectations. A successful construction project strategy is then converted into a construction contract.
Our Estimators do much more than measure, count, multiply and add. To be successful in this role, you will have construction experience as a commercial or large-scale residential Project Manager or Superintendent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Continue to develop and implement standard estimating systems.
Provide oversight of estimating and budget management for projects.
Lead the estimating/budgeting processes in the project development efforts.
Provide historical information and other data for use in comparative project cost
analyses and marketing.
Participate in project success analysis of budget and cost management as required.
