Job Description:

Job Purpose

Accelerate the growth of Hengrui around the globe through partnering such as out licensing and co-development

Key Responsibilities

1.Deep understanding of oncology and immunology therapeutics areas with end to end deal experience and track record (strategic outreach, due diligence, valuation and transaction)

2. Review R&D data of Hengrui products and synthesize materials for review by potential partners

3. Coordinate cross-functional teams at Hengrui to support due diligence by leading pharmaceuticals companies around the globe

4. Coordinate term sheet and contract review and revisions, including video and written discussions with potential partners on contract terms

5. Demonstrated strategic alliance management capabilities

6. Develop teams

Education/Qualifications

1. Structured communicator, fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese

2. Problem solver and strong industry scientific background

3. Minimum M.Sc. degree with biology/medical or related areas, Ph.D. /MBA preferred

4. At least 5 years' working experience at pharma or biotech, with experience in successful cross-border partnership preferred Apply Now
