Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our PVC assembly team. This role involves putting together PVC components, ensuring product quality, and meeting production targets. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, measuring instruments, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PVC components according to specifications and assembly drawings.
• Operate hand tools and equipment required for PVC assembly processes.
• Use measuring tools to ensure components meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Inspect finished products for defects and conformance to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes.
