Job Description:

As the AI Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the drive towards developing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge AI solutions to solve complex problems. From data preprocessing to model training and evaluation, you will drive the development of intelligent systems that revolutionize industries and drive business growth.

You will understand the company's goals and challenges and plan AI strategies. Together with our business partners, you will identify innovation opportunities, help shape business use cases and apply creative solutions to solve problems. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify patterns and insights as well as apply new techniques such as deep learning and evolutionary AI and natural language processing to business problems, automating tasks and creating more intelligent systems and applications in ways that provide insight, accuracy, and consistency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into products and services. You will maintain and continuously monitor and refine models to improve accuracy and performance. You will develop and maintain AI systems, including data pipelines and infrastructure. You will implement AI solutions, develop and test AI algorithms and models, monitor their performance and troubleshoot and debug issues in the models and systems while communicating results back to the business and adjusting as needed to satisfy business needs. You will conduct research to identify new AI applications and techniques and document processes, algorithms, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing. You will stay up to date with the latest AI technologies, tools, and trends to remain competitive in the field.

The pay range for this role is: $119,560.00 - $140,659.00.

The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years expertise in machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, decision trees, neural networks, and clustering algorithms.

  • Proficient in Python, Java, C++, and R.

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.

  • Broad experience with AI platforms and know how to implement them.


Additional Skills:

  • Ability to understand and analyze business processes and identify opportunities where AI is the solution.

  • Ability to identify problems, develop hypotheses and test solutions to optimize performance.

  • Strong understanding of AI algorithms including generative models, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision and robotics.

  • Deep understanding of the underlying mathematics.

  • Good understanding of statistics and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.

  • Must be able to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  • Strong logical and analytical skills.

  • Resourceful and creative in finding innovative solutions.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.

  • Highly organized with practical time management skills.

  • Open-minded and flexible, willing to adapt to changing project requirements.
