A day in the life.



As the Coordinator for the Organizational Development and Talent Acquisitionteams, efficient and effective communication are a must! You will be assisting with administrative duties, such asupdating and organizing content for in-house learning platforms and coordinating a smooth onboarding process for new colleagues. Attention to detail, accurate data entry skills and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential. Collaboration and teamwork will be key in the success of this position.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High School graduation is required


• Advanced Microsoft office skills


• Successful project management experience


• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred


• Experience using Learning Management System (LMS) and SmartSheet


• Successful project management experience
