Responsibilities
Project Management: Manage multiple projects at all stages of the project lifecycle (from initiation to implementation), focusing on time management and efficiency. Drive scope and requirements gathering, option analysis, and execution. Lead projects, ensuring project scope is identified, project objectives are met, details are applied.Coordination: Coordinate project management resources, involve all departments and business initiatives.Communication: Effective application of project management, engaging of stakeholders, high levels of communication, team collaboration, problem solving, and problem-solving skills. Ensure proper communication to others inside and outside the organization.Documentation: Document all processes and procedures of a project, as it starts and through its completion. Provide valuable information and insights to applicable stakeholders.Audit: Regularly audit and assess the effectiveness of implemented improvements and processes. This involves conducting periodic reviews, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments to ensure the continuous improvement initiatives are achieving the desired outcomes.All other duties as assigned.
