The Role



We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to various departments. Responsibilities include a wide range of tasks including but not limited to ordering lunches, managing expenses, and assisting with travel logistics.



Responsibilities



  • Prepare and submit expense reports for department heads and team members.

  • Perform general clerical duties to support the efficient functioning of multiple departments.

  • Departmental Support with the organization and execution of departmental events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department heads and team members across various departments.

  • Being able to thrive in a fast-paced setting and handle simultaneous demands from various directions is essential.

  • It may require some evenings and early morning, depending on meetings.






Qualifications



  • At least 1-3 years of proven experience as an admin assistant or in a relevant role, preferably handling multiple departments.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • DOBNOW knowledge a plus.

  • NYS Notary a plus but not required.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.






Compensation

The rate for this position generally is$50,000-$65,000annually.This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation.Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted byNew YorkEqual Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
