A leading ENR Contractor in the SE is seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Mid to High Rise Construction division based in Atlanta, GA. This company has a wide range of project types, including multifamily and mixed-use developments. They need a Senior Project Manager to oversee project teams and deliver high quality mid-to-high rise buildings in Atlanta.
Your new role
The Senior Project Manager role involves managing all aspects of the construction process for mid to high rise developments. You will be responsible for contract administration, cost control, schedule management, safety compliance, and quality assurance. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed
To be eligible for the Senior Project Manager role, you must have a B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. You must also have at least 10 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor or builder/developer. You must have the skills to read and interpret construction drawings, negotiate and award subcontracts, forecast and manage project finances, and navigate the Atlanta subcontractor and vendor market. You must also have excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
