**Job Summary:**

Are you passionate about engineering and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Engineering Interns. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to various areas of manufacturing, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and more. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you'll support critical projects, develop valuable skills, and make a meaningful impact on our operations.

**Job Duties:**

• Contribute to multiple manufacturing areas, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Create standard work instructions to streamline daily processes and procedures.
• Input data accurately into databases from prints and other documents.
• Research, troubleshoot, and problem-solve as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform audits and maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with personnel at all levels.
• Assist with the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and labor efficiency programs.
• Support the development of visual management tools on the shop floor.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects with precision and attention to detail.

**Experience and Education:**

• Currently pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or recent graduate.
• Solid working knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to handle moderately complex problems and seek assistance when needed.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting work instructions and following directions.
• Intermediate mathematical skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
