Membership Renewal Specialist at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Washington, Washington DC

Job Description:

Our client, a local organization representing health professionals, is seeking a temporary Membership Renewal Specialist to support their office in Washington, DC!


Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and process recertification applications, ensuring compliance across all specialties, and notify potential recertification-eligible pharmacists of requirements.


• Provide customer service to pharmacists seeking recertification, supported various recertification tasks such as CPE reconciliation, and distributed certificates and badges for successful candidates.


• Respond in a timely manner to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and available recertification resources.


• Analyze trends to enhance communication strategies and support pharmacists through the recertification process.


• Maintain accurate recertification records, contribute to strategic initiatives to improve recertification rates, and ensure adherence to policies and accreditation standards while providing general administrative support.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recertification and administrative experience.


• A bachelor's degree is required.


• Proficient in MS Office Suite is required.


• Excellent oral/written communication and organizational skills.

Position Information:

• Pays $26/hr-$30/hr


• Temporary assignment


• Hybrid onsite schedule, 2 days in office


• Office in Washington, DC
