Job Description:

My client, a Real Estate Investment Management Firm in NYC, is seeking an AP Associate to join their team. You will be reporting to an AP Manager and working alongside 3 other AP Associates on the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing all aspects of accounts payable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments. The Accounts Payable Associate will play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our property management operations. A BS or Associates in Accounting is required as well as a minimum of 1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable. If you are eager, motivated, and looking for a good company to continue your career, this could be a great fit for you.
