Crisis Clinician - per diem at Inspire Diagnostics in Quincy, Massachusetts

Aspire Health Alliance has openings for per diem, Crisis Clinicians in our site-based teams! Crisis Clinicians have the opportunity to gain comprehensive diagnostic and clinical skills with a broad population, including children and adults! Work is fast-paced, but clinicians receive clinical supervision for each client seen by an experienced independently licensed supervisor.

The site-based team of crisis clinicians provides psychiatric emergency services to children, adults, and families who are at serious risk of harming themselves or others. Our emergency services are available to clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The crisis intervention team evaluates and stabilizes the crisis, and makes referrals to the most appropriate level of care. Psychiatric consultation and medication are available.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience and training in assessing adults, children and families in crisis.
• Demonstrated ability to join with clients and families in distress and work with them in disposition planning.

Required Experience

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or other similar field required. Degree must be from an accredited university and meet the requirements for independent licensure.
  
• Minimum of one year experience in a Crisis Intervention setting or related field placement in Crisis Intervention setting is highly preferred.
