The Maintenance Specialist (manufacturing) is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, production equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. The Maintenance Specialist must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must have a strong understanding manufacturing procedures.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.


• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.


• Install and maintain new equipment.


• Conduct regular inspections of areas to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.


• Assist with the training of new maintenance staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing preferred.


• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Valid driver's license.
