We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Activities Director to join our team. As the Activities Director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a variety of engaging activities for our residents.

Your role will be crucial in promoting social interaction, physical well-being, and mental stimulation among our senior residents.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role as an Activities Director or related field


• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members


• Familiarity with recreational therapy practices for seniors


• Understanding of the unique needs of seniors in nursing home settings


• Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
