The Electrical Service Estimator (SLA Program Manager) will ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are aligned with and delivered to customer expectations. This role is responsible for recurring revenue creation and managing specific SLA and overall SLA program profitability. This role leads all aspects of the SLA program, including support tiers, directing ICIAN resources, escalation, and communication plans (internal and external), as well as managing third parties involved in customer support. This role works across functional areas and is often client-facing as the expert in creating world-class support experiences.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS



Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university with an emphasis in engineering, project management, or business.


Experience: Five years' experience in the electrical trade and one year of controls experience.


Travel: 0-10%


Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Is responsible for working with internal resources on defining Service Level Agreement tiers and outcomes; along with assisting in development of financial options and procurement vehicles.

  • Meets with Project Managers, Solution Architects, System Architects, EnTech, and customers on a scheduled basis to review status/deliverables of Service Level Agreements, creating an end user "customer experience" and interface with service cloud.

  • Works closely with ICIAN Program Manager, Project Managers, Account Managers, and other internal resources on placement of ICIAN resources to support Service Level Agreements.

  • Works with assigned ICIANs on planning, organizing, and executing Service Level Agreements.

  • Acts as a coach and developer of talent (coaching/mentoring).

  • Assists in ICIAN performance and evaluation processes; as well as, encouraging safe behavior including safety audits.

  • Is responsible for SLA KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), such as, Renewal Rate, Cost Metrics, On-Time Delivery, etc.

  • Defines additional knowledge and training needs to support SLAs and works with the ICIAN program to meet these needs and refine ICIAN training curriculum.

  • Work with ICIANs to drive additional value and revenue opportunities through execution of SLAs and customer engagements.

  • Assists in creation and execution of SaaS platform, remote monitoring center, other digital services, etc.

  • Working alongside marketing in go-to-market strategy, collateral, and proposal development

  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
