The Grant Assistant will be responsible for assisting students and staff members in all areas of operation with the PATH Grant. This position will end when the budgeted funds are exhausted.
Reporting Relationship:
Direct reporting relationship to the Manager, PATH and Perkins Grants.
Essential Responsibilities:
Submission of hourly workers timesheets, bi-weekly.
Enter grant purchase requisitions and process grant invoices.
Assist in maintaining detailed records of contact made with grant participants and services provided.
Overseeing grant files, information, and updating relevant participant information including data entry into Excel as needed in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain all grant paper and digital files and quality assurance.
Develop excellent professional relationships with fellow workers.
Assisting with maintaining audit-ready grant records.
Assisting the PATH Grant Manager with completing contractual requirements.
Maintain confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suites
Demonstrated experience with a multi-racial, multi-ethnic population
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
One year of Grant Assistant experience
Anticipated Work Hours and Days:
Flexible between the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday
