Fox Valley Technical College is establishing pool of supervising dentists for dental hygiene clinicals. Hours vary, up to 11.75 hours per week.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Along with dental hygiene faculty, oversee campus clinic of learners providing assessments and treatment of dental hygiene care to patients.
Review medical history performance provided from dental hygiene students.
Assess outcome of dental hygiene students performance of head, neck and oral exam.
Grade radiographic images performed by dental hygiene students.
Grade dental charting outcomes from dental hygiene students.
Provide feedback to dental hygiene students radiographic interpretation of findings.
Authorize prescriptions for radiographic images, fluoride treatments, and local anesthetic.
Calibrate with dental hygiene faculty.
QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING, AND OR EXPERIENCE:
Wisconsin State Dentist Licensure

Additional Information
Hourly pay rate: $65.00 per hour.
Pay is based on a multitude of factors, including experience, qualifications, education, relevant certifications, internal equity, and market data. Note: Internal applicants' wage will be based upon the applicable compensation structure.
