Process daily mail by receiving, picking up, sorting, distributing mail to employees, preparing and delivering packages in a timely manner
Coordinate end-to-end pickup with courier services, UPS, USPS, FedEx etc.
Assist employees as needed with office moves and relocations; move furniture and equipment as needed
Monitor and manage work order requests for the department and ensure coordination and repairs with third party vendors
Serve as backup and support to the receptionist function including answering phones, greeting visitors, checking in vendors and interacting with corporate employees
Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure the office is clean and organized, while looking for any safety or housekeeping issues
Replenish and inventory breakroom supplies throughout the day to ensure they are fully stocked at all times
Stock, organize and maintain print areas
Monitor and maintain conference rooms to ensure cleanliness at all times, including all marker boards
Ensure all conference room setup requests are completed in a timely manner
Manage onsite excess storage and coordinate with third party storage facility
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Good written and verbal communication skills, and ability to interface with employees at all levels
Must have a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Must be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office software modules, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others
Must work with a minimum of supervision and be able to manage their time when given multiple tasks
Available to work overtime during the workweek and on weekends when needed
Regular and reliable attendance
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb stairs
Ability to move furniture and equipment as needed
