Salary Pay Range: 47,600USD - 82,500USD

Therefore employees assigned may be required to perform additional job tasks required by the manager.You will assist the Project Procurement Manager (PPM) including management and execution of the procurement activitiesYou will channel all Purchase Packages to the Procurement Centers in accordance with the project procurement strategyReceiving technical inquiry requests and prepare the commercial inquiry document in the SAP System is part of your roleYou will forward the technical and commercial requisition packages to the applicable Global Procurement Center (PC's) according to the procurement strategy with nomination of selected vendorsFurther, you will expedite PC's to ensure a timely receipt of vendors quotations and maintain Inquiry data in SAP-MMYou will initiate and follow up with the commercial bit tabulation workflow for approvalAdditionally, you will assist the PPM in submission of service purchase order to the successful PCYou will assist the PPM in all communication issues with the PC's and the PPM in preparing of procurement reports
