What you will enjoy doing*


  • You will assist the Project Procurement Manager (PPM) including management and execution of the procurement activities

  • You will channel all Purchase Packages to the Procurement Centers in accordance with the project procurement strategy

  • Receiving technical inquiry requests and prepare the commercial inquiry document in the SAP System is part of your role

  • You will forward the technical and commercial requisition packages to the applicable Global Procurement Center (PC's) according to the procurement strategy with nomination of selected vendors

  • Further, you will expedite PC's to ensure a timely receipt of vendors quotations and maintain Inquiry data in SAP-MM

  • You will initiate and follow up with the commercial bit tabulation workflow for approval

  • Additionally, you will assist the PPM in submission of service purchase order to the successful PC

  • You will assist the PPM in all communication issues with the PC's and the PPM in preparing of procurement reports

  • You have a High School diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and 1-2 years' experience in administrative support function

  • You have effective computer skills; Microsoft Office Software, and other Company and discipline specific software applications

  • Moreover, you possess effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company

  • You possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations

  • You are detail oriented with a high level of attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials

  • Further, you are able to establish priorities and meet deadlines

  • You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and demands

  • In addition, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary Pay Range: 47,600USD - 82,500USD
