A Bartender will be in charge of their section behind the bar as well as on the floor. Pouring beer, wine, mixing cocktails and creating a lively environment for their Guests. Candidates will be responsible for building a culture based around Teamwork, Execution and Hospitality and will be participating in all day-to-day operations. We are looking for passionate industry professionals.
Essential Functions:
Should have in depth knowledge of food, wine, beer and liquorAble to communicate positively and efficientlyMust be respectful and remain calm under pressureOrganized, efficient and able to maintain a clean work environmentMust have a great sense of hospitality and understand how it impacts on our business
Other Functions:
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant Manager or immediate supervisorComplying with health and food safety standards, restocking items and cleaningOperating the cash register, answering the phone, providing great Guest service and following Fifty/50 Restaurant Group policies & procedures

Ability to stand/walk a minimum of 8 hours or as neededMust be able to exert well-paced and frequent mobility for periods of up to 8 hours or as neededBe able to lift up to 30+ pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasionWill frequently reach, bend, stoop, carry, use stairs, finely manipulate and key in dataWork in both warm and cool environmentsHigh levels of noise from music, Guest and Employee trafficMust be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
