Zand Dermatology is a boutique practice in Southern Marin that specializes in holistic dermatology, integrative wellness, and cosmetic enhancements with a natural aesthetic. As a small and cheerful office, we are looking for a bright, creative, highly motivated Social Media Marketing Consultant with prior experience in a medspa, dermatology or plastic surgery office.
Our Location:
Stunning spa-like office with glorious water views! Located on a public shore with beautiful walking paths along Shelter Bay. In Mill Valley, Marin County, adjacent to 101 freeway, 10 min drive from San Francisco, 40 min from Berkeley. Free parking.
Your Schedule:
Flexibility to work 3-5 days per week, option to work from home some days
Starts as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Video and photo content creation: shoot and edit short form videos and still photos for SM platforms (IG/Tik Tok, website) ensuring a concise and captivating result that captures our target audience
Video production: consider lighting, composition, and audio quality. Ability to infuse the videos with graphics, text overlay, great transitions
Posting: actual posting of content with caption creation on SM platforms
Creating and sending email blast/promos: creating email blasts on constant contact to send to entire patient base about cosmetic promos
Creating in-office fliers and visually engaging promotions and product displays
Create and send email newsletters and blogs via ChatGPT, embedded with strategic CTAs
Social Media Marketing Consultant Qualifications and Skills:
Must have 1-2 years experience working with a Medspa, Dermatology, or Plastics Office, we will not consider your application without this experience

While this candidate loves timelines and getting organized, this person has a remarkable ability to remain calm and flexible in the fast-paced, changing world of product development in a high-growth environment
The ideal candidate will be an intelligent team player - someone approachable with a positive, innovative and professional attitude who works smarter, not harder and takes on a "sleeves-rolled-up" and a "can-do" attitude when faced with challenges
You will be videotaping our real life patients, so our ideal candidate is also highly professional-appearing, poised, warm and loving to patients
Compensation and Perks:
$30-60/hour depending on years of social media/marketing experience and a proven track record
Open to hire for someone with the rare Director level experience

Our Physician Associate:
Our wonderful PA Lexi graduated from USC Keck School of Medicine where she earned her Masters in Physician Associate Practice. Lexi specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology, including skin cancer screenings, acne, eczema and rashes. Born and raised in Marin, Lexi is thrilled to serve the community she grew up in and cherishes. When she is not working, Lexi loves spending time with her family and friends, hiking with her labrador Bella, biking, and traveling.
Our Nurse Practitioner:
Kimberly graduated from Vanderbilt University where she earned her Nurse Practitioner degree. Before specializing in dermatology, Kimberly served Marin as a primary care provider. Here at Zand Derm, she performs full skin exams, treats acne, eczema, rashes, sun damage and more, in addition to our full spectrum of cosmetic services like botox, filler, chemical peels, hydrafacials etc. Kimberly has also been an integral part of Dr. Zand's surgical team, performing hundreds of biopsies, skin cancer treatments, cyst removals, lesion injections, and suturing wounds. Having grown up in Marin County, Kimberly is thrilled to care for the community she truly values. In her free time, she enjoys hot yoga and pilates classes, dancing, cooking new recipes, and grabbing dinner with friends and family.
