The Project Support position is a Project Coordinator position with the responsibility to assist
Project Managers with: • Maintenance of the Project in our Project Management Software (ProCore, HCSS,
Smartsheet & Sage). Including entering raw data provided by the Project Management
Team, uploading backup documentation including reports, photos, and construction
drawings, and tracking the status of key project Milestones, RFIs, and Submittals. • Invoice Preparation and Submittal to the JBCC Accounting Dept. • Purchase Order Preparation and Submittal to the Accounting Dept. • Staff Weekly Meeting Assistance: Scheduling of Meetings, Agenda Preparation
Assistance, Taking of Meeting Minutes and Action Items Recording and Transmittal to
the Team after the meetings. • Customer or Internal Team Building Event Prep/Assistance: Help in organizing,
planning, facilitating, and hosting team-building events for customers, vendors, and
internal staff. • Assisting the Director/VP of Your Division: Onboarding assistance with new employees,
