Drive the strategic development and enhancement of the Customer Affordability Program, focusing on trade-in, monthly financing, and upgrade options to improve the online shopping experience.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer journey.
Utilize deep product management knowledge and project execution skills to influence the retail e-commerce landscape positively.
Champion the design and implementation of innovative solutions that address key customer problems and enhance the overall online shopping experience.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Extensive Product Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years in retail e-commerce, with a robust understanding of the online customer journey, including merchandising strategies, customer behavior analysis, and competitor analysis.
Proven Project Management Skills: A track record of successfully managing and executing complex projects within tight timelines and budgets.
Carrier Operations Knowledge: Insight into phone carriers' and manufacturers' operations and logistics to optimize customer delivery experiences.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Fintech Acumen: Experience with fintech solutions such as Klarna and Affirm, and expertise in forging partnerships with banks to offer financing options. Experience integrating these solutions with retailers for enhanced payment experiences is highly regarded.
