Roberthalf is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee infrastructure and security projects for the next six months. The role primarily involves managing projects related to the UK office opening, stakeholder coordination, implementing AI for the helpdesk, deploying Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, and implementing Oka device trust for devices.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of infrastructure and security, be comfortable working with various project management tools, and exhibit assertiveness and initiative in driving projects forward.
Responsibilities:
Manage the UK office opening project, ensuring timely updates and coordination with stakeholders.
Lead the implementation of AI for the helpdesk, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure successful deployment.
Overseeing the implementation process and ensuring adherence to security standards.
Implement Oka device trust for devices, working closely with IT teams to integrate the solution effectively.
Take ownership of projects, demonstrating assertiveness and initiative in driving them to completion.
Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Wrike, and MS Project to track progress and communicate project updates.
