We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a robust background in SAP Business One (SAP B1) to lead our IT department. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of SAP B1 implementation, customization, and ongoing support. They will be responsible for managing our company's IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, with a primary focus on optimizing SAP B1 to meet our business needs. The IT Manager will oversee a team of IT professionals, ensuring the efficient operation of all technology-related functions within the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. SAP Business One Management:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP B1 to support various business processes.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions within SAP B1.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SAP B1 modules and functionalities.
- Stay updated on new releases, patches, and upgrades for SAP B1, evaluating their potential impact and implementing necessary changes.
2.IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing appropriate measures and protocols.
- Monitor system performance and capacity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships for IT infrastructure-related services and products.
3. Team Leadership and Development
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Define roles and responsibilities within the IT department, ensuring effective resource allocation and workload management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
4. Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
5. Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices related to IT security and data privacy.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to support compliance efforts.
- Identify and assess IT-related risks, implementing controls and measures to mitigate potential threats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on SAP Business One implementation and support.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Business One modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with IT compliance standards and regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Certifications:
- SAP Business One certification preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
