The Internal Communication Specialist is responsible for supporting the delivery of professional and seamless communications and events. This person will generate creative and engaging content, assist in planning and executing company events, and help coordinate internal comms campaigns to support business strategies and the culture of The Company.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field
1-2 years' experience in corporate communications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience or willingness to learn video editing skills.
Strong organizational skills
Assist in delivering internal communications across all mediums via writing, graphic design, video editing and project management.
Coordinate and support in the delivery of company-wide events (e.g., regular all-company meetings, semi-annual team building day)
Consult and support key internal stakeholders to deliver communication.
