Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Accounts Receivable Manager. This is a Direct Hire opportunity that is Fully On-Site in midtown Manhattan.



The Role:

We are currently seeking a full time accounts receivable manager with knowledge of accounting, book keeping and excel to work at our New York City Location. This will be an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast growing and globally recognized company.

About you:

The ideal candidate will be organized and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and standard office equipment. You have strong communication skills, be adaptable, organized and above all, motivated. This position is for someone truly interested in leading a team.



This job will have the following responsibilities:



Liaise with Ownership, Wholesale partners and Accounting team.

Continuously monitor Aging Receivables to identify delinquent accounts requiring escalated collection efforts and coordinate accordingly.

Serve as the primary escalation resource for priority items in receivables

Audit accounting team work to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Support overall facility collection efforts


Reporting on Excel

Contacting customers with accounting issues and questions


Qualifications & Requirements:



Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields or have substantial experience in the field.


Have 4+ years of experience in Accounts, preferably Receivable / Collections.


Possess good time management skills and ability to learn new systems efficiently


Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook - standard office equipment


Organized and meticulous attention to detail


Strong Communication skills and able to work in a team environment


Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment while being proactive, motivated and dedicated
