ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Medical Director will be responsible for leading several US Medical Affairs activities in support of Thoracic Oncology program that include several assets in Lung Cancer providing strategic leadership for clinical research and launch readiness. S/he will also be responsible for the development and execution of short and long-term US medical strategy and plans supporting lung cancer and aligning them with overall business goals. A significant portion of time will be externally facing, and the Senior Medical Director will provide therapeutic area/product expertise in lung cancer and understand the point of view of patients and HCPs. Working closely with Global Medical Affairs and cross-functional colleagues, s/he ensures that the US Medical Affairs plan is aligned with brand strategies to support successful pre-launch, launch, post-launch medical initiatives.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $191,300.00 to $318,800.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
