We have a great opportunity in our Patient Access Department.


We are looking for a full time Patient Access Rep. This position will do the following:

• Coordinate and perform all duties to ensure that the MVH registration system is up to date with correct patient information. This includes utilizing all available tools to verify, enter, and confirm all insurance information.


• Cross-trained to cover the switchboard/ER Greeter and mail room functions.

Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High school Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English


EXPERIENCE:
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing candidate who has exceptional customer service skills.
Experience and phone manner
Must be organized and possess the ability to multitask in a face paced environment.
Strong computer skills/knowledge
Hospital registration and EPIC experience beneficial.
