Revenue Cycle Trainer - Hybrid Opportunity - Must live in Nashville, TN area

Haven Behavioral Healthcare is located in Nashville, TN and operates seven acute care hospitals and outpatient clinics across the United States that offer a full continuum of care for anyone dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues, from young adults to seniors. Due to recent growth, we are adding a Revenue Cycle Trainer to our team!

Position Details:

The Revenue Cycle Trainer is responsible for the training of newly hired team members as well as ongoing development of identified team members. Will insure best practices are documented, communicated, and reviewed quarterly for process improvement opportunities. Additionally, responsible for preparation and presentation monthly training for all Collections/Billing team members.

Requisites:

• High school diploma or GED required, college education preferred


• Minimum of 2 years health care revenue cycle experience in authorization, utilization management, and health services billing follow-up.


• Working knowledge of HMS/Medhost


• Patient accounting system and Waystar electronic billing system preferred


• Prior experience in Behavioral Healthcare preferred
