Role: Continuous Improvement Lead

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Linxon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Lead to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our organization. Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, the Continuous Improvement Lead will play a key role in identifying opportunities for optimization, streamlining processes, and implementing sustainable improvements across all areas of the business.

Responsibilities:


  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with Linxon's business goals and objectives, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and excellence.


  • Process Optimization: Lead cross-functional teams in analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.


  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven approaches to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of inefficiencies, and develop actionable insights to drive process improvements and decision-making.


  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives by effectively communicating the rationale for change, engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and providing training and support to facilitate successful implementation.


  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track progress, measure success, and demonstrate the impact of continuous improvement initiatives on business outcomes.


  • Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and support to employees at all levels of the organization to build capability and empower them to actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.


  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in document management and preparation procedures, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications in Lean Six Sigma is a plus.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or operational excellence roles, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry.


  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, driving measurable results in efficiency, quality, and cost savings.


  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; experience with statistical analysis software is desirable.


  • Excellent leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.


  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving positive change and innovation.
